Annual Conventions

UPDATES

Last Minute Details----

It is getting close to the time for our annual convention and the cut off has been stated before as August 1st, 2010. I  am in need for everyone who plans to attend to get me your registration on time so I can work with the hotel on our membership count attending. As of today we have 280 registered members and guests and hopefully we can make the 300 mark. If anyone is flying in I am asking for you to send me an e-mail so I can make arrangements for you to be picked up. I will need which airport you are landing at, flight number and airline arrival time. I am hoping you'll have the time of your life, Welcome.

John A Rucinski Jr, Convention Co-Chairman/Eastern Regional Director

Because so many have pre registered with the hotel, they gave us the extra rooms as gifts and the committee decided to use the Early Registration entrants to receive these awards.  Thank you for this.

At this time 160 members are already registered and more come in each week.  I am setting a termination date for mail in registrations as August 1, 2010.  This will give me time to receive everyone’s registration and tabulate everything needed to make the registration and everything involved easier and smother.  The Cruises are close to being filled.

I will notify the web when they are both filled and sorry, but first come first serve.  If you are planning to arrive at the convention by plane please contact I and I will make arrangements for you to get to the hotel from either Niagara Falls or Buffalo airports.

The committee met March 20th in Malone NY and we feel everything is going smooth and steady and can't wait till the convention gets going on August 19th.  Hope everyone rides safe and see you in Grand Island NY.

John A Rucinski Jr, Eastern Regional Director

Both of the Red Knights cruises are full.  If anyone wishes to purchase a cruise on their own, the cruise line is located at the hotel and you may buy a cruise ticket for going on your own.
